тут ясно написано, что в 53 строке файла /etc/apt/sources.list ошибка, ну не аккуратно отредактировали, ничего страшного.
если сами не можете ее найти, то покажите нам содержимое файла, поможем.

Уберите последнюю строчку, это команда. Ее надо вводить после добавления зеркал, а в конфиге ей делать нечего.

через кабинет мегалайна можно проверить:
1 ребутим модем
2 качаем пакеты с mirror.space.kz (заранее желательно выяснить что будете тянуть)
3 ребутим модем
4 топаем в кабинет и смотрим куда ушел трафик за последнюю сессию
